Rocky, a Southwest airline pilot and member of the StorageLife community, stumbled upon a promising opportunity in Florida but lacked experience in investment. Seeking guidance, he presented the deal to me and my team for evaluation. After thorough examination, we endorsed the venture, assisting Rocky in navigating the complexities of acquisition. Facing competition from other buyers, we intervened, leveraging our resources and network to secure his success. With our support, Rocky not only obtained the necessary capital but also gained valuable partnerships within our group, culminating in a consortium of investors ready to seize the opportunity.

Together, we pooled resources and expertise, enabling Rocky to proceed with the deal he couldn't have pursued alone. As a result, not only did Rocky benefit, but four additional members of our group joined forces in this lucrative venture. The acquired property exceeded initial projections, yielding a monthly income surpassing expectations, demonstrating the collective success achieved through collaborative investment efforts. After four months we were hitting 20K and above.

Jingwen and Matthew, who had spent over two years searching for an investment opportunity, recently joined our group. Within a month of their inclusion, my team stumbled upon a promising deal in Alabama, which wasn’t suitable for our immediate interests. Recognizing its potential, we exclusively shared it within our group. JingWen and Matthew seized the opportunity with our assistance. Not only did we facilitate their acquisition, but we also successfully renegotiated seller financing terms.

Andy and Alicia, both active StorageLife members, are about to close on their second facility. Both deals were generated out of our program, one from another student and one from their VA placed by StorageLife. On Andy and Alicia’s new deal, we helped them as they were able to negotiate a seller carry at 4%, 12.5% down, on a 15 year note. This is a huge cashflow play and victory for the couple!

Brad Bahari, a seasoned commercial investor, had been looking for a storage deal for two years before joining StorageLife. Brad had the knowledge as he was trained in self storage. He even had a VA team actively working for him. What he didn’t have was Cameron’s expertise in lead generation. After being apart of the StorageLife community for 3 months, Brad acquired and converted over 30,000 sq/ft of climate-controlled storage in Oklahoma!

Christina is a seasoned operator out of Reno. Within a few months of working with StorageLife, she bought a deal that was found by our team. We helped Christina facilitate the transaction, automate the property, and run her first out-of-state storage facility.

Shoaib Kabani acquired his first storage deal within the first three weeks of working with us! Shortly after, he closed on deal number two and deal number three, and he just locked up 80,000 sq/ft in Georgia. Way to go, Sho!

Kevin, Scott, Devin, and Lincoln created a partnership through our StorageLife community. Their first deals was acquired through our very own pipeline! We found the deal, facilitated the negotiations, and helped them close. Now, they’re working on an expansion project.
